Yes, in fact on average MY homes sell in 27 days while the "average" for our marketplace is 53 days. This is due primarily to the fact that I am proactively finding buyers for you home while most Agents just put a sign in the yard, put it in the MLS and pray that it sells.
4.) Do your listings sell for a higher percentage of list price than the “average agent”s?
Yes, on average my clients receive 99.1% of list price, while the "average agent" sell’s their homes for 97.1% of list price. This keeps 2.3% of list price in YOUR pocket, where it belongs!

I have sold 100% of my Listings - to date I have never lost a listing due to time running out, or losing the sale to another agent.

Yes, if for any reason you do not believe I am doing my job properly, or you decide not to sell for any reason then there is no penalty for cancelling our agreement. I want you to feel as comfortable as possible throughout the entire process, even if that means stopping or pausing the process.
